DAZZLING LIGHTS.
Most citizens, and especially foot pedestrians, are coining to the conclusion that the sooner the authorities take steps to stop motorists having dazzling headlights the better it will be for all. I heard his brakes go 011, and so did mine, because we could not see an inch before us. When I got to the safety zone I spoke to the tram driver, who replied, "That is what I have to put v iid with all mv shift." HUMAN BEING.
