TO PAY IN GOODS.
AFRICAN WOOL FOR GERMANY. (Received 1 p.m.) BERLIN, September 1. Under a supplementary agreement signed at Pretoria, Germany will pay for South African wool in goods instead of foreign currencies. The agreement guarantees Germany's need from September to November. A new agreement is expected shortly, and will cover requirements from December and afterwards.
