DRY CONDITIONS IN ENGLAND. British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, September 1. Tlie spell of warm weather in England was maintained during tlie weekend. Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday rose to 83 degrees Fahrenheit in several parts of southern England. The weather yesterday was cooler and more cloudy than of late, but it is still dry.
