EVACUATE SPAIN.
' ADVICE TO AMERICANS. > WASHINGTON, September 1. The State Department issued a final warning to Americans to evacuate Spain. It indicated that the bombing of the destroyer Kane, combined with other considerations, probably lead to the early removal of all American war vessels from Spanish waters. The closing of the Embassy in Madrid and the Consulates in the danger zones is considered possible.
