Brewis ; club captain, Mr. JThe Knox Tennis Club had a successful first season in the Morrinsville lennis Association's competitions last season, its V and B teams contested the final or tne association's B grade competition, the B team winning. The principal officers were re-elected, as follows: President, Rev. U. A. Naylor; vice-president, Mr. I. bal L• secretary, Miss G. Meek ; treasurer, Mr. H. J. Barford ; club captain, Mr. I- Bali. Opening day will be October 3.
