FESTIVAL OF DRAMA.
NORTH ISLAND WINNERS.
WELLINGTON PLAYERS' SUCCESS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. The North Island elimination festival of drama was won by the Wellington Repertory Theatre, with the Napier Repertory players second. These two teams will meet the South Island finalists at Dunedin for Dominion honours, Other teams participating in the North Island final were from Manawatu, Southern Hawke's Bay, Wanganui, Waikato, Rotorua, Poverty Bay, Central Taranaki, Masterton and Hawera. -
