TEA PARTY.

A successful afternoon was held at Milne and Choyce's Tudor room by the ladies of the committee of the Dunedin Club. A dainty afternoon tea was served and bouquets were presented to the guests of honour: —Mrs. H. T. King, Mrs. W. H. McKinney, Miss Gertie Hamilton and Miss Gwen Allan. In presenting the bouquets Mrs. Cornish welcomed the-guests and expressed the committee's appreciation. Miss' Gertie Hamilton read a letter received from the secretary of the club thanking the ladies of the committee for their successful efforts. Those'present were: Mesdames Jas. Oliver, R. A. Cornish, W. Faulkner, E. A. Allan, N. Hamilton, Jas. Gow, D; Mac Donald, R. B. M. Miller, H. H. Miller.
