GOVERNMENT CAUCUS.
HOUSING POLICY CONSIDERED. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. A caucus of Government members this morning discussed matters arising out of the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Bill, and particular consideration was given to the Government's housing policy. Interviewed at the luncheon adjournment, the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, said that no conclusive decision had been reached, and that the caucus would continue its deliberations in the afternoon.
