OVERSEA MAILS.

The Aorangi, which arrived from Sydney this morning, brought an Empire air mail which left London on July 29. The air mail which left London on August 2 missed connection with the Marama, which is due at Wellington to-morrow. It will be forwarded by the Mariposa, which arrives from Sydney on Saturday. The Makura is due at Wellington this morning with English and American mail from San Pedro, 311 bags being for Auckland. They will arrive by train in the morning. The Wanganella, which leaves for Sydney at 5 p.m. to-day, also takes an air mail due at London on September 3.
