126 HOURS A WEEK.
FIREMEN'S COMPLAINT. PLATOON SYSTEM FAVOURED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. It is contended that the application was not unusual, because the platoon system opera tes throughout Canada and U.S.A., where continuous duty has been abolished, and the system is also becoming general throughout England.
