INDECENCY OFFENCES
PRISONERS SENTENCED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANOANUI, Tuesday. James Patrick Mahoney for attempted indecent assault, was admitted by Mr. Justice Ostler to-day to two years' probation, and was ordered to pay £7 (3/ costs. Bertie Alfred for six'offences of indecent assault upon males was sentenced to four years' imprisonment.
