ABEL TASMAN WRECK.

INQUIRY NEXT FRIDAY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) GREYMOUTH, Monday. A magisterial inquiry into the wreck of the steamer Abe] Tasman on the north breakwater on July 18 will be held in Greyniouth on Friday before Mr. H. Morgan. S.M., and two assessors yet to be appointed. Advice to this effect has been received by the Collector of Customs from the Marine Department. About nine witnesses will be heard, including six members of the crew of the ship and harbour board officials.
