POLICE REPORT ON POLICE. (Received 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. A recommendation that no further action be taken against" Superintendent Bropliy or the other police officers concerned in the recent inquiry by Judge Macindoe has been made to the Chief Secretary by acting-Police Commissioner Mooney.
