REBEKAH LODGE.
ANNUAL BALL. At the annual ball of Friendship Rcbekah Lodge, No. 42, Independent Order of Oddfellows, held in the Henderson Town Hail 011 Tuesday night, there 'was a good attendance. Bro. A. J. Guy, Grand Master of New Zealand, was among the distinguished officers of the Order present. The hall was artistically decorated in the representative colours of the lodge. Programme arrangements were in the hands of Bro. K. Olsen and Bro. N. Corban. Dance events were won by Miss Garelja and Mr. Erceg, Miss L. McKendry and Mr. K. Corban. The results of a popular 500 tournament were as follow: Ladies, Mrs. Cossey I, Mrs. Devlin 2, Mrs. Schramm 3. Men, Mr. T. Garelja 1, Mr. Selak 2, Mr. Tallie 3. Ladies of the committee, who spared 110 effort to further the success of the function, were: Sisters B. Moore, F. Giltrap, L. Schramm, M. Appleby, A. Marsh, Waugh, J. Scanlon, N.
