AIR MINISTRY.
EARLY ACTION LIKELY,
STATE TRAINING OF PILOTS,
(By Telegraph.— Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day.
The question of creating an Air Ministry to control aviation is still prominently before the Government, and that such development will be brought about ultimately was indicated to-day by the Prime Minister, the Kt. Hon. M. J. Savage.
"This question lias been discussed a number, of times and is receiving the close attention of the Government," he said to-day. "It is one of the big questions. It seems as if we will have to institute an Air Ministry and go ill for tile development of aviation and the training of pilots and everything that aviation means."
