SERIOUS CHARGES.
On charges of indecent assault and attempted unlawful carnal knowledge, Seymour Blain, a middle-aged man, was placed on trial in the Supreme Court today before Mr. Justice Fair. The accused, who pleaded not guilty, is represented by Mr. T. Henry. Mr. R. Meredith appears for the Crown. Evidence is 'being heard.
