REPERTORY SOCIETY
FORTHCOMING PRODUCTION,
Keen interest is being shown in the forthcoming production of Alfred Sangster's interesting piny "The Brontes," to be presented in the Town Hall by the Auckland Catholic Repertory Society on July 25, 27 and 28. Correct period costumes have been secured from the J. C. Williamson company in Melbourne. Included in the cast are several well-known amateur players and -the society's honorary producer, Miss Ysolinde McVeagh, is fully confident of the ultimate success of the production. The part of Charlotte is taken by Gwen McNaughton. Winifred Cooke is seen as Emily, Cynthia Stone as Anne, Jack Parsons as their brother Branwell, and Alan McSkimming as the Rev*. Patrick Bronte.
