An announcement that Aloha Central shareholders will receive a iirst and linal dividend of 4/3 a share, and Aloha Syndicate holders £0 4/3 a share, marks the last ot these stocks. Roxburgh, states in a circular to shareholders that witii tliese payments the existence of the companies is automatically terminated. Aloha Syndicate £10 shares during the I'iji gold boom la«t year touched £050. Shares in Aloha Central, an offshoot, reached S.IO. A second offshoot, Aloha Alluvials, was floated in Mav, 103") and the £3 shares touched £17. lnlisman Dubiio (Karnngnlinke), for roriod Knded July 11.—Dubbo level: A winze was sunk 2<>ft from the north end ot the stopes at 150 ft above the level. This winze holed through to the rise, which was put up ftom the level at 440 ft north. On the west wall of the winze a vein of quartz Sin wide and on the east wall another vein 7in wide, both of very good values, were cut. These two veins are separated by 3',ft of country rock. Stopes: Ore broken "in "i®, st°Pe* from 270 ft to 440 ft north at li4ft above the level save very good assav \alue for width of 15in. Ore from the stopes off the 440 ft north rise averaged very good values for width of 23in Ore from the slopes 51ft above level from 035 ft north to GSOt't north averaged good values for width of Kiin. Talisman No. 1 levellhe winze at 140 ft south of the main rise was sunk lott, total 42ft below level Assays from 27ft to 39ft averaged good values lor width of 24in. Talisman No. - eye : lhe drive soutih advanced ISft total i7!)ft. Assays from 7(>oft to 770 ft averaged good values for width of 27in. r rom 770 ft to 777 ft very good values for average width 45in. The lode in tiie face of drive at 770 ft south Is sft wide, giviiv very good values.
