OFF FIJIAN COAST.
JAPANESE SAMPAN SIGHTED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SUVA, July 20. A Japanese sampan believed to be employed in fishing for trochus shell was sighted from the Government yacht Pioneer off Northern Fiji. No action is being taken as the craft was outside the three miles limit.
