BUSY SESSION FORECAST. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. After a winter recess of nearly six weeks, Parliament will resume to-mor-row afternoon at the usual time, 2.30 o'clock. In view of the important legislation and business to come before the House during the coming- months this portion of the session is likely to be exceptionally busy. > A caucus of Government members was held this morning to consider the first part of the legislative programme, and it is expected to continue until well on in the afternoon.
