AUCKLAND RACING CLUB.
OFFICERS NOMINATED. Nominations closed at noon the offices of president, vice-president, five members of committee and three stewards of the Auckland Racing Club for the ensuing season. The following nominations were received: —President, Mr. O. Nicholson; vice-president, Dr. A. McGregor Grant; committee, Hon. E. It. Davis, M.L.C., Messrs. F. Earl, K.C., M. M. Louisson, W. Claiul Motion and M. M. McCallum; stewards, Messrs. B. L. Hewitt, M. J. Lynch and E. H. Nolan. As the nominations do not exceed the required number for the various offices an election will not be necessary.
