TENNIS CLUB DANCE.
The Paihoa Tennis Club held a successful dance in the Gaiety Hall. On behalf of tlie club the hostess, Mrs. A. Fletcher, presented a handsome gift to Miss Mavis Wildo and Mr. Sadler, who arc to be married shortly. Among those present were: Mrs. A. Fletcher, wearing black lace; Mrs. Jones, blue ensemble; Mrs. Somcrvillc, brown ensemble; Mrs. L. Eaton, black georgette and lace; Mrs. Bricrly, red satin bcaute; Mrs. Buckley, black georgette; Mrs. J. Sadler, blue marocain; Mrs. Greenwood, blue marocain; Mrs. 1 revarthen, blue marocain; Mrs. Greenwood, jun., royal blue velvet; Miss M. Wilde, flame angel skin; Miss D. Daniel, black georgette with silver trimming; Miss G. Somcrville, navy ensemble; Miss K. Jackson, apricot marocain; Miss I. Macdonald, black velvet; Miss J. Dustin lemon crepe; Miss A. Slate, black velvet; Miss C. Harris, black taffeta; Miss J Buckley, blue taffeta.
