The Government Meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for t»je "Auckland Province to ai? far south &»• « Tauranga, Kawhia and Hamilton.: — Strong "north-east to northerly winds, of gale force in places. Weather unsettled* dull and misty, with widespread hc.avy rain and rivers rising in places. 'Seas rough on the east coast and moderate but rising on the west coast. '% '■ An extensive cyclonic depression is centred- off the south-west coast of the South-Island, and another depression is moving southwards from west of Norfolk Island..'" - - > For the Dominion.
