HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU, Friday. The Waipa County engineer, Mr. J. W. Civil, states that the contract for the reconstruction and sealing of the Hamilton-Whatawliata main highway has been let to Messrs. W. S. Goosman and Company. The amount involved is over £10,000. , —
