MILKER'S DEATH.

rifle shot in forehead. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HOKITIKA, Friday. A married man with two children, Mr. Kenneth Penwell, aged 27, employed by Sullivan Brothers, of Weheka, as a milker, was found this morning in a cowshed with a bullet wound in the forehead. A .22 calibre rifle was beside him. The man was alive, but unconscious. He was' brought by aeroplane to' Westland Hospital, where his death occurred four hours later. His mother lives at Christcliurch.
