OTAHUHU POLICE COURT.

Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., presided at the sitting of the Otahuliu Police Court yesterday. Robert Edward Dowsett was charged with negligent driving. The evidence disclosed that defendant turned to the right without first seeing that L'ue road was cl'.ar and ran into a motor cycle.
