MANGERE CROQUET.
The annual general meeting of the Mangere East Croquet Club was held in the bowlers' pavilion last week. The president, Mrs. W. W. Massey, was in the chair and the report showed a satisfactory year both socially and financially. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: —President, Mrs. W. W. Massey; vice-presi-dent. Mrs. Chapman; honorary vicepresident, Mrs. A. E. Newson; auditor, Mr. Tail; secretary, Miss Tims; treasurer, Mis. Penman; match cowmittee, Mis. Jackson, Mrs. Chapman and Mrs. Hiekson; delegates to association, Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Hiekson.
