FATAL FRAY IN SPAIN.

Two of the Guards are expected to die. Tlio clash was due to seizure by peasants of the property of a landowner, Senor Edmundo Alfaro, a former member of the Cortes. They uprooted 60 pine trees and began to cultivate the land. Police arrested 14 peasants and were escorting them to the provincial capital when fellow-villagers armed with firearms and farming implements attempted to rescue them. The disturbance has not been quelled yet. Storm Guards and a Red Cross ambulance have been dispatched to Yeste.
