£500,000 COMPANY FORMING.
United Press Association. —Copyright. (Received 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. A scheme to provide cheap trawled fish from New Zealand waters for consumption in Sydney, Melbourne and inland towns, is taking shape, according to the "Daily Telegraph."
This paper says a company with a capital of £500,000, plans to begin operations in 18 months.
About 300 tons of refrigerated fish will be delivered both in Sydney and Melbourne each month. The company will use three new Diesel trawlers operating from a base in Cook Strait.
