WEEK-END ACCIDENTS.

FOUR HOSPITAL CASES. NONE IN SERIOUS CONDITION. As the result of. accidents in tlie city and suburbs, four people were taken to the Auckland £ hospital in St. John ambulances during' the week-end, but none of them regarded as a serious case. Several r.'ijthef iilishaps occtlrred, but those involved were not seriously injured. V'. Miss Jane Foster, dged .42, a dressmaker, who lives'at 23, Mackelvife Street, Grey Lynn, Suffered a fractured skull when she fell from a ift Karangaliape Road early - jtesterday evening. Her condition is satisfactory. Slipping from a safety Jione in Symonds Stret, neaifeGrafton bridge oil Saturday afternoon, Airs. Agries SliaWcross, aged 58, of 18, Beresford Street, Newton, struck her head on the roadway and was severely injured. Her condition to-day, however, is improved.

A motor cyclist, Mr. Arthur, Marlow, single, aged 24, of -715, Mamikau Road, Epsom, was injured when his machine was involved in a, collision with a motor car at the corner of Balmoral Road and Mewburn Avenue; Mount Eden, late Saturday afternoon. His condition is quite satisfactory. Mr. W. Kewley, a seaman, aged 36, of 8, Cook Street, City, was knocked down by a motor car in Hobson Street, at 9.13 oil Saturday night, but was not admitted to the hospital.

Knocked down by a bicycle at the foot of College Hill on Saturday, Mr. Arthur Ernest Buchanan, aged 56, married, of 11, Roslyn Terrace, Devonport, suffered head injuries and a cut over the right eyp.
