jLIEUT.-COI* MACKENDRICK. Lieutenant-Colonel AV. G. Mackendvick, •well-known as "the Road Builder," and author of several books, and Mrs. Mackendriek will be tendered a reception to-night at the Town Hall concert chamber by the Auckland British-Israel Association. Admission to this reception is by invitation only, but to-morrow night at the Town Hall Lieutenant-Colonel Mackendrick will give a public lecture under the auspices of the British-Israel Asssociation.
