WEATHER FORECAST.
FOB CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government Meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Tauranga, Kawhia and Hamilton: — "Light to moderate north-east to northerly winds, with the weather fair to fine and warm. Seas slight to moderate." Though still high to the north and north-east, pressure has fallen considerably over the New Zealand area since yesterday. A depression is developing apparently over the Tasman Sea.
