GAME IN FIJI.
The Maoriland team from New Zealand is engaged at the moment in a " Test" match at Suva against Ail Fiji. According to advices by yesterday's mail the Fiji team lias been strengthened by the inclusion of Turaga, a fast left-hand bowler, and two other players who did not play in the first game against the New Zealanders. The latter have, been impressed by the pace and accuracy of the Fiji fast bowlers, and by the wonderfully fine fielding of the Fijians all round. The NewZealand team in this game is: Massey, Riley, Dunning, Vipond, Walter, Bright. Andrews, Hewitt, Renshaw, Sandford, and Sutherland. Eric C. Andrews, the wicket-keeper with the Maoriland team will celebrate his fifteenth birthday to-morrow. He is a good left-hand batsman and went in first wicket down when the team played the Suva second eleven for a practice, being not out for 16 runs. The manager reports that be has been keeping wickets well on the tour.
