MISSION BAY CARNIVAL.
A carnival atmosphere reigns to-day in | Mission Bay. A comprehensive series ot i juvenile and adult attractions is opening a season of daily and evening shows Staged under the auspices ot Miller and Davy, Ltd., the carnival will continue until January 29. .'". ; The principal feature is a realistic minia-, ture railway, which exercises particular attraction for juveniles, although adult modesty is flattered by patronage. It is not a scenic railway such as .Luna i'arK possessed, but none the less has its ups and downs— literally. Another perennial attraction is the merry-go-round, in which the latest Gaviolo "orchestraphone, costine in the vicinity of £700, is installed. Among a number of other novel attractions is the "rolling wave. One of the principal features of the carnival is the exhibition given by the , Chinese midgets.
