SOVIET CURRENCY.
TOURISTS MUST COMPLY. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RIGA, November 14. As part of the general plan to stabilise currency, the Soviet has decreed liquidation of < (shops where foreign currency only ii accepted) in order to abolish the practice of paying foreign currency, save in a few exceptional cases. Even Intourist (the principal tourist organisation) must cease taking payment in foreign money for trade and services rendered within the Soviet. Travel tickets must be purchased by roubles at the new official rate of 9id per rouble. Tourists m t change their foreign money at Soviet .anks..'
