EXHIBITION IN PROGRESS
(From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. ■mty* . seco , nd . ann »al exhibition of the Waikato Society of Arts was formally opened in the Waikato Winter Show Hall last evening by Dr. J. Campbell Duncan, ot Kotorua. Oils and water colours, photographs, pencil, sketches, sculptures, tapestry, braeswork and crafts are represented in the exhibition, which will be open until Saturday. Exhibitors represented at the show include John Weeks, H. H. Pattle, A. B. Barns Graham, Roland Hipkins, Miss Ida Carey, Adele Younghusband, Betty Rhind, Jenny Campbell, Eric Gully, John Campbell Duncan, G. Rogers, F. Morrison, L. H. F. Simpson, Rix Cariton, Salome Coombs, Gladys Curtes Simpeon, Anna Robinson, George E. Woolley, Dorothy MacDiarmid, Lilian Ramsay, M. C. Collier, Irene Collier, J. H. Clayton, W. H. Fricker, G. E. Clark. G. C. MacDiarmid, L. T. Drummond. C. Hill, J. S. Hill, Noral Abbott, E. Hopkinson, H. E. Gaze and J. Treloar.
