ALLEGATION OF FRAUD.
YOUNG LABOUBER REMANDED. A labourer, John Marias Bernard Doherty, aged 23, appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court to-day, charged that on November 8 he incurred a debt of £1/3 with a city drapery firm, thereby obtaining credit by fraud; Accused, for whom Mr. Hall Skelton appeared, was remanded on bail of £10, to appear on November 14.
