WIFE'S MISCONDUCT.

Adultery was the ground on which John Henry Dempsey (Mr. Spring) sought a divorce from Elizabeth Victoria Dempsey at the Supreme Court this morning before Mr. Justice Callan. Mr. Elworth was granted leave to withdraw an answer to the petition which had been filed by the respondent. David ; Peter Howlett was cited as co-respon- .. dent and was not represented.
