Y.W.C.A. NEWS.
A well-chosen cast of the Y.W.C.A. Overseas Dramatic Club held a successful entertainment in tlio Y.W.C.A. hall on Wednesday, when the audience followed with interest the interpretation of life behind the scenes in a fashionable London business establishment. Those participating were Misses Alice Irving, Belle Reid, Anne Fletcher, Lallie Prentice, Flo Sinclair, Melita Taylor, Maisie McLiskie, Mary Hiskins, Myrtle McCutcheon, Ruby Mcßeady, Edna Taylor, Irma Harrison, Joyce Horwood, Lily Doherty and Beatrice Kadley. Mr. Charles Burnett was the producer. The proceeds are for campaign funds. A camp was held at the holiday house, Blockhouse Bay, over the Labour Day week-end. The camp programme was mainly devoted to an outdoor programme, with times for quiet and handcrafts. Miss Mawson was in charge of the camp.
