WOMEN'S LUNCHEON CLUB.

The Women's Luncheon Club held its annual At Home in the Overseas Clubrooms on Wednesday evening. The president, Mrs. K. O'Halloran, presided. There was a largo attendance of members and their friends, and a most enjoyable evening was spent in games and entertainment. A play, "Smoke Screens" was performed by club members, the players being Mesdames Ambler, Griffin, Holland and Miss Hayward. Enjoyable vocal items were given by a quartet (Mesdames Griffith, Ra'iney, Wallbank and Miss Do Luean), and also by Miss Ida Walker and Mr. Dixon. The accompanists were Miss Warren and Mrs. Dellow. The Misses Cruickshank gave a humorous sketch. Supper brought a happy evening to a close.
