Lord Barnby, Wool Dealer, to Pay Visit. REORGANISATION OF FIRM. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 21. Lord Barnby, London wool merchant and head of the great wool firm of Francis Willey, Limited, will shortly visit New Zealand and Australia in order to study the wool situation in connection with the reorganisation of his .firm, which was recently in liquidation. Lord Barnby will arrive in Auckland by the Matson liner Lurline, now out from Los Angeles, on November 2.
