The • Auckland-owned gelding Silver Jubilee finished third to Windbird, owned and trained by P. Riddle, and The Marne in the Flying Handicap. King Musk, now raced by J. T. Jamieson, was second in the Club Welter Handicap. Palady was second in the Novice Handicap. Omarere I was unplaced in the Two-Year-Old Stakes, and Country Party "in the Three and FourY ear-Old Handicap. Results: 1 — FLYING HANDICAP of £400. Sis furlongs.
