WIDOWS' PENSIONS.
"Soldier's Widow Xo. 2" is extremely well, off in comparison with my position. I am ** non-soldier's widow and I get the magnificent euni of !)/ weekly, or £1 10/ per month, 9/ per week for four children up to 1;"> years, and when the youngest child turns 15 my pension ceases. So let her consider the disparity and she will see for herself that she has little cause for complaint. I am expected to feed and clothe decently a growing child on that small pittance, but I sav it cannot be done. XOX-SOLDIER'S WIDOW.
