RAILWAY EXCURSIONS.
Two railway excursions will be run to Auckland to-morrow, when two of the principal sporting attractions will be the representative Rugby match between Auckland and Wellington and the first match played by the touring Australian Rugby League team, which will meet an Auckland representative team.
A special train, which will leave Wellinngton to-night, is due at 10.36 to-mor-row morning, and it is expected that 350 passengers will travel by it. A special train, which leaves Opua to-night, is due at 6.36 to-morrow morning. This train will leave on the return journey at 11.20 to-morrow night, while the special train for Wellington will return at 3.50 p.m. on Sunday.
There is already good booking for an excursion train to Wellington in a fortnight's time. This train will leave Auckland on October 4 and return on the morning of October 7.
