RELIEVE BUTTER GLUT.
ACTION TAKEN IN CANADA. (Received 1.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, September 19. A scheme to facilitate the export of butter, which is to be launched by the Government, provides for levies to offset losses in export, in order to relieve the butter glut in Canada.
