BUTTER FOR HOTELS.
I Referring to tho article reporting Mrj Leeson's speech to tho Morrinsvillo branch 01 ! the Farmers' Union, we wish to correct the statement he makes to tho effect that most of the hotels and boardinghouses in the city use second-grade butter. Wo havo the P""~ lege of supplying most of tho large hotels andboardinghouses with butter, and can state emphatically that they almost invariably w* finest grade. &ROS* MBi
