EXPULSION OF STEWARD. INTIMIDATION ALLEGED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON 7 , this clay. Alleging wrongful expulsion from membership of the Federated Cooks and Stewards' Union, Henry Edward Sexton, a steward, is claiming £400 from the union and its secretary, Edward Kennedy, in the Supreme Court. Sexton alleges intimidation and inducement of a breach of contract. It was stilted that the union's action was due to an alleged breach of the rules by plaintiff in signing off from the Maunganui at Sydney instead of at Wellington.
