TRUSTS BILL.
ACTION DURING SESSION. URGENT DEMAND EXISTS. (By Telegraph.— Parliamentary Itepoi'fer ) WELLINGTON, this day. The announcement was made to-day by the Minister of Industries and Commerce, Mr. Masters, that Cabinet has decided to reintroduce the Commercial Trusts Amendment Bill this session on the lines on which the measure was introduced last year. "During tlie recess strong representations u„rging the passing of this amending legislation have been made to the Government from all over the Dominion, and there is no doubt as to the widespread and urgent demand which exists for the bill," said Mr. Masters. 'I he Government lias therefore decided to introduce the measure at an early date this session and it will be referred to the Industries and Commerce Committee of the House, which will take evidence."
