HITLER BANS FILM.
NOT TO BE SHOWN IN BRITAIN. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, August 27. The "Daily Telegraph" says Herr Hitler has declined to allow a new German film, "The Triumph of Will Tower," a glorification of the Nazi regime, to be shown in Britain on the ground that national fervour is not an exportable commodity.
