BLIND INSTITUTE.
The inmates of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind were entertained by a variety conceit party arranged and presented by Mr. Bert Clark. The following artists were present and provided an exceptionally tfood programme:—Mr. G. Chevis (songs), Mr. '1. Butler (piano accordion), Mr. R. Yates (humour), Mrs. King (Maori songs), Mr. B. Watson (song and dance), A. Austin (humour), Mr. B. Skeels (songs), Mr. C. Archer (monologue)-. Miss M. Carte-Lloyd (sketch), Miss I'j. Higgins (songs), Mr. S. Holtliouse (humour). Mr. J. Kgan occupied the chair.
